Ngai Hing Hong Plastic Materials (Hong Kong) Ltd is seeking a Marketing Specialist to connect our RPET-alloy and other sustainable plastics offerings with targeted markets. You will manage value-chain relationships, secure technical specifications from key customers, and drive market development across textiles, packaging, sporting goods, and infant products. You will work with R&D and production to meet client needs and grow long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, technical sales, or business development within plastics, textiles, or packaging industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience driving market development and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Map, engage, and influence stakeholders across the value chain from converters to brand owners and end-users.
• Drive product adoption by securing technical specifications with key customers in target industries.
• Identify opportunities in textiles, packaging, sporting goods, and infant products and position our solutions as sustainable alternatives.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to align deliverables with client needs.
• Identify new opportunities and nurture long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of connecting our product offerings with the right markets. Your role will be both strategic and hands-on:

Value Chain Management: Map, engage, and influence stakeholders across the value chain - from converters to brand owners and end-users

End-User Specification-In: Drive product adoption by securing technical specifications with key customers in target industries

Market Development: Identify opportunities in textiles, packaging, sporting goods, and infant products, positioning our solutions as sustainable alternatives

Who We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years in marketing, technical sales, or business development within plastics, textiles, or packaging industry

Mindset: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, relationship building and project management

Knowledge: Familiarity with polymer materials and applications development

Target Industries: Textiles, Packaging (Food, Beverage, Cosmetics), Sporting Goods, Infant Products

Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
