You will plan, publish, and reply to audiences while tracking basic performance, and craft bilingual English/Chinese materials tailored for institutional and broader audiences.

The role requires strong English writing, fluent Chinese, and comfort with regulatory messaging; crypto marketing experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on social media and content experience in fintech, funds, B2B tech, or related fields.
• Strong English speaking and writing; fluent Chinese writing; Cantonese/Mandarin spoken a plus.
• Portfolio or samples of published social/content work.
• Organised, deadline-driven with experience in approval workflows.
• Right to work in Hong Kong.
• Crypto/digital assets marketing experience is a bonus.
• Financial-services marketing hygiene and institutional communications basics a plus.

• Support press, events, and leadership visibility with talking points and social cut-downs.
• Maintain brand voice; flag off-brand or risky claims early.
• Light campaign ops: briefs, timelines, asset checklists, post-mortems.
• Collaborate with Product, IR, Legal/Compliance on accurate messaging.

Own social media and content for 2WA — plan, create, and publish clear, on-brand stories across channels. Raise the bar on day-to-day marketing execution: English speaking and writing must be strong; written Chinese and English plus spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English are required. Crypto / digital-assets experience is an advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Own social media calendar, publishing, community replies, and basic performance tracking (X, LinkedIn, and other channels as assigned)
• Create and edit content: posts, threads, captions, short scripts, website/landing copy support, event and campaign blurbs
• Draft bilingual (English / Chinese) materials; adapt tone for institutional vs broader audiences without over-claiming regulated activities
• Coordinate design / video / partner co-branded assets with specialists; keep versions and approvals tidy (External Content Approval where required)
• Support press, events, and leadership visibility with talking points and social cut-downs
• Maintain brand voice consistency; flag off-brand or risky claims early
• Light campaign ops: briefs, timelines, asset checklists, post-mortems
• Work with Product, IR, Legal/Compliance review gates, and business owners on accurate messaging

About you

• Hands‑on social media and content experience (fintech, funds, B2B tech, or related preferred)
• Strong English speaking and writing — can draft and present cleanly without heavy rewrite
• Fluent written Chinese and English; spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
• Portfolio or samples of published social/content work
• Organised, deadline‑driven; comfortable with approval workflows
• Right to work in Hong Kong
• Crypto, digital assets, Web3, or closely related marketing experience (nice to have)
• Comfort explaining on‑chain / tokenised / institutional crypto themes clearly (nice to have)
• Institutional / PI‑facing or financial‑services marketing hygiene (nice to have)
• Analytics literacy (nice to have)
