Swivelt Sdn Bhd is expanding its Asia-Pacific presence with a focus on Vietnam, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, and other key markets. This role drives regional business development strategies to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
You will coordinate internal teams to create customized one-stop HR service solutions, lead negotiations for long-term frameworks, and manage regional revenue planning.
Responsible for the market expansion and sales promotion of human resource service products in the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on Vietnam, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, and other key markets. Develop and execute regional business development strategies to drive new client acquisition and deepen relationships with existing clients.
Address the business pain points of multinational corporate clients by coordinating internal product, technology, and operations teams to deliver customized one-stop solutions
Lead strategic partnership negotiations with large enterprise groups and multinational clients, driving the signing of long-term framework agreements
Oversee the annual regional revenue budget planning, improve team execution through refined sales funnel management, and ensure performance targets are met
Pioneer entry into new country markets, establish local agent networks, and participate in industry exhibitions to enhance brand visibility
Manage and mentor the regional BD team, establish standardized client visit and proposal processes, and improve per-person productivity
Conduct regular business reviews with client executives, identify cross-selling opportunities, and increase customer retention rates
Collect and analyze regional market trends and competitive intelligence to support decision-making on product pricing and differentiated positioning
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
8+ years of B2B business development experience, with at least 3 years focused on the Asia-Pacific region (especially Southeast Asia)
Background in human resources services, corporate consulting, or related service industries is preferred
Proven track record of leading negotiations with multinational corporate clients and successfully signing annual framework agreements
Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and solution design to contract signing
Experienced in team management, with the ability to effectively coach and motivate team members
Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-country collaborative environment
Willing and able to travel internationally on a regular basis, with strong resilience under pressure and a high degree of self-motivation
