Robert Half Hong Kong Limited is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager for a start-up client providing long and short term accommodation. You will conduct in-person and virtual property viewings in Mandarin or English, matching prospective residents with the most suitable room options and moving plans.

You will respond promptly to enquiries, manage follow-ups, and convert leads into bookings through a seamless customer experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in marketing or any relevant background.
• Solid experience in service apartment, hospitality, real estate.
• Proactive, driven with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Immediately available is a big plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-person and virtual property viewings in Mandarin or English, showcasing key facilities and matching prospective residents with the most suitable room options.
• Respond promptly to enquiries, manage follow-ups, and convert leads into bookings with a seamless customer experience.
• Guide students and parents through the reservation process, including booking procedures, documentation requirements, and cross-border payment arrangements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with housing agency partners, providing timely updates on room availability and commission tracking.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating leads, sources, and sales stages while monitoring conversion trends.
• Support leasing operations, including move-ins, open-house events, resident engagement, and reporting insights to improve occupancy and satisfaction.

• Respond promptly to enquiries, manage follow-ups through preferred communication channels, and convert leads into bookings by delivering a seamless customer experience.
• Guide students and parents through the reservation process, including booking procedures, documentation requirements, and cross-border payment arrangements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with housing agency partners, providing timely updates on room availability, property information, promotional materials, and commission tracking.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring all leads, sources, and sales stages are updated while monitoring conversion trends and customer feedback.
• Support leasing operations, including move-ins, open-house events, resident engagement activities, and reporting insights to improve occupancy and overall customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree in marketing or any relevant background
• Solid experience in working in service apartment, hospitality, real estate industry
• Proactive, driven attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is a big plus
