Delken Group Limited seeks a Marketing Executive to support the STP Platform, providing secretariat services, preparing bilingual papers, minutes, and coordinating meeting logistics. The role includes filing and record management for the platform and its committees, plus vendor coordination and events.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree or above and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with strong organizational and communication skills in English and Chinese, able to work independently,

Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese.

Mansioni

Provide secretariat support to the STP Platform, its committees and task forces, including preparing bilingual papers, minutes and logistics for meetings.
Filing and record management of the STP Platform, its committees and task forces.
Coordinate assignments undertaken by outside vendors/consultants.
Assist in event planning and arrangement, such as conferences, seminars, competition and exhibitions.
Arrange the distribution of marketing materials through multiple channels.
Source and secure sponsorship.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
