Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) seeks dynamic professionals for its Exhibition Services Department. Responsibilities include coordinating exhibitor orders, data entry, vendor coordination, and on-site service management to ensure high-quality event support.

Requirements include a university degree in Marketing/Event Management/Business, with at least 4 years in exhibition or event settings, strong English and Chinese skills, and readiness for long hours and holidays.

Formación

• University graduate in Marketing / Event Management / Business / Communication / Hotel & Hospitality or relevant disciplines.
• Strong command of English and Chinese, with Putonghua fluency preferred.
• Proficient in MS applications and Chinese word processing.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up with exhibitors for booth facilities ordering and ensure order accuracy.
• Process orders including data entry, collection of order forms and preparation of order summaries.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure service quality.
• Work with operations to ensure efficient processing of ordered facilities.
• Manage the on-site service counter and perform on-site duties.
• Perform administrative duties such as reports, filing and meeting schedules.
• Conduct cold calls and follow-ups.

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong's external trade, seeks dynamic, high-calibre and experienced professionals to join our Exhibition Services Department.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Marketing Manager to follow up with exhibitors for booth facilities ordering to ensure order accuracy
• Process additional orders including data entry, collection of order forms and preparation of order summary
• Co-ordinate with internal departments and external vendors/contractors to ensure the quality of services
• Work closely with operation team to ensure efficient processing of ordered facilities
• Manage the operation of on-site service counter and undertake on-site duties
• Perform administrative duties such as handling reports, filing system and meeting schedules
• Conduct cold call and follow up
• University graduate in in Marketing / Event Management / Business/ Communication/ Hotel & Hospitality or relevant disciplines

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of working experience, preferably in exhibition / event industry
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
• Proficient in MS applications and Chinese word processing
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-initiated and very attentive to details
• Well-organized, willing to learn and self-motivated
• Willing to work long hours and on public holidays
• Possession of Construction Industry Safety card issued by endorsed institutions of HKSAR preferred
• Work Location: Tseung Kwan O Logistics Centre (Shuttle bus service provided from Tiu Keng Leng MTR Station)

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
