Job description

Marketing Coordinator – Creative Production & Marketing Operations
The Opportunity: Turn Ideas into Well-Executed Marketing Initiatives

The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day delivery of marketing and corporate communications initiatives, with a focus on project & production coordination, and design support. The role coordinates internal stakeholders, freelance designers, renderers, printers and other vendors; prepares clear briefs; tracks schedules and revisions; maintains marketing assets; and handles straightforward design, digital content and artwork updates.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate Marketing Projects: Support marketing and corporate communications projects from briefing through final delivery, including schedules, approvals, revisions and stakeholder communication.

Work with Creative Partners: Coordinate with external designers, renderers, photographers, videographers, printers and production vendors to ensure deliverables meet project requirements, brand standards and timelines.

Prepare Clear Project Briefs: Help translate approved marketing and brand direction into clear briefs, schedules and actionable requirements for internal and external parties.

Consolidate Feedback & Revisions: Gather comments from stakeholders, coordinate revisions with suppliers and ensure updates are properly followed through.

Create & Update Marketing Materials: Prepare and update presentations, catalogues, price books, leaflets, newsletters, website content, social media assets and other marketing materials.

Support Digital & Social Media Content: Create and schedule social media content, including Instagram posts, stories and short-form reels, in line with approved brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Support regular content updates on individual brand websites.

Ensure Content Accuracy: Conduct quality checks on product information, dimensions, specifications, pricing, copy accuracy and brand consistency before publication or production.

Manage Marketing Assets: Maintain and organize marketing assets, product images, project files and media libraries across different brands.

Handle Marketing Administration: Coordinate quotations, purchase orders, invoices, samples, deliveries, event logistics, project records and other administrative tasks as needed.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can support day-to-day marketing work, not only contribute ideas. The role requires careful follow-up, clear communication, good file management, basic artwork and content updating skills, and the ability to manage many small details at the same time.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design, Multimedia, Business Administration or a related discipline.

A Marketing Support Professional: You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, creative production, design support, agency account servicing or a related role. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Marketing Assistant role.

A Strong Coordinator: You are well-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage schedules, approvals, follow-ups and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A Clear Communicator: You can work effectively with internal teams, external suppliers and different stakeholders, while consolidating feedback and coordinating revisions professionally.

Creative Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, with the ability to handle simple artwork amendments and content updates, is highly desirable.

A Digital-Savvy Team Player: You have experience with WordPress or Wix and are familiar with social media content creation with basic video editing for Instagram posts, stories and reels.

A Proactive Problem Solver: You are dependable, self-motivated and willing to support both creative production and administrative tasks to keep projects moving forward.

Microsoft Office: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel is required.

Language Skills: You have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Bonus Experience: Experience in lifestyle, interiors, architecture, building materials, retail or premium consumer brands will be an advantage.

Why Join Us?

Work with Prestigious Brands: Be part of marketing initiatives for well-established lifestyle, interiors and premium brands with strong market recognition.

Hands-on Marketing Exposure: Gain practical experience across creative production, digital content, showroom projects, events, catalogues and brand communications.

Collaborative Team Environment: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, operations and external creative partners in a supportive and professional team setting.

Room to Learn and Grow: Develop your marketing coordination, project management and creative communication skills through varied projects and real business exposure.

Stable and Established Company: Join a respected organization with a long history and a strong presence in Hong Kong and the region.

Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy a 5-day work week, birthday leave, examination leave, staff collaborative space, company events and other standard benefits.

Ready to Grow with Us?

If you are passionate about marketing coordination, brand communication and creative project support, and would like to contribute to a collaborative and dynamic organization, we would be happy to hear from you.
