Job summary

• Ability to independently produce event proposals and copy with a track record of event execution.
• Good aesthetic sense and knowledge of promotional channels; social media content marketing is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional communication and execution with ownership.

Job description

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of securities account-opening campaigns and other marketing events, including proposal writing, budgeting, scheduling and on-site coordination

Drive brokerage product packaging: distil product selling points, develop promotional messaging, produce marketing content and collateral copy, and work with design and production teams to deliver the materials

Develop campaign promotion plans, coordinate with channel, offline promotion and community store teams to extend reach, and track leads and account conversions

Conduct post-event reviews and data analysis (attendance, leads, new accounts, customer acquisition cost) to continuously optimise event formats and channel strategies

Monitor market trends and peer activities, and propose and implement innovative marketing initiatives

Ensure all event content and promotional materials comply with securities industry regulatory and compliance requirements

About you

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Finance

2+ years of experience in marketing planning, event management or brand promotion; brokerage or fintech industry experience is preferred

Able to independently produce event proposals and copy, with a proven track record of event execution

Good aesthetic sense and familiarity with common promotional channels and content formats; social media content marketing experience is a plus

Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with a high level of ownership and execution

Fluent in Chinese; proficiency in English or Cantonese as a working language is a plus
