Qualifications

• Currently a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or pursuing master's in marketing, communications, fintech, or related fields.
• Strong writing, design, and video editing skills; familiarity with AI content tools is a plus.
• Interest in fintech and financial services marketing with awareness of compliance and risk controls.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to collaborate across teams; English and Mandarin fluency; Cantonese a plus.
• On-site 4–5 days per week for more than two months.

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Marketing & Communication Intern to join our dynamic team. You will produce material that explains how Contract-Based Financing (CBF) works in emerging markets and work closely with stakeholders across different departments to drive growth through creative strategies, AI-powered content workflows, and data-driven insights. This internship offers hands‑on experience in a fast-paced environment where your ideas and efforts will be appreciated.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital platforms, social media, email, and partnerships
• Create engaging and creative marketing materials, campaigns, and short‑form videos to drive user acquisition and brand awareness via leveraging AI‑powered tools
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns
• Support marketing campaigns for the company's financial products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Assist in the daily operations of the company's official website and social media channels, including content publishing, SEO optimization, and audience engagement

About you

• Currently a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or pursuing master's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, public relations, fintech, or related disciplines
• Strong content writing, design, and video editing skills; familiarity with AI content-generating tools is a plus
• Genuine interest in fintech and financial services marketing, with awareness of compliance and risk‑control requirements
• Detail‑oriented and organized, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, and fast adaptability
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese; fluency in Cantonese is an advantage
• Available to work onsite 4–5 days per week, with a preferred commitment of more than two months
