Waihong Services Group is seeking an Marketing Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department in Hong Kong. You will research markets to identify new business opportunities and assist in drafting quotations and service contracts for HK and Mainland China markets.

As a key liaison with clients, you will manage account servicing and maintain strong relationships while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related discipline.
• 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, account servicing, or digital marketing (fresh graduates with high potential considered).
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Cantonese (read/write and speak).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bilingual word processing; basic graphic design/video editing skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department.
• Research organizations and individuals to develop new business opportunities.
• Assist in quotation preparation, service contract drafting, and management for business development across Hong Kong and Mainland China markets.
• Act as primary contact with clients, handle account servicing, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in ad-hoc marketing projects and business events.
