Job summary

Agoda is seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst at our Hong Kong office. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for a role spanning search, display, and modeling to optimize digital marketing campaigns.

You’ll build dashboards, analyze experiments, and collaborate with a global team of analysts and marketers to improve lifetime value and campaign performance. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, fluent English, strong numerical reasoning, Excel proficiency, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Good numerical reasoning and analytical ability.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis fundamentals.
Intellectual curiosity and learning mindset.
Experience with data analysis tools or databases is a plus.
Exposure to digital marketing or academic research is a plus.

Responsibilities

Search: Experiment with text ads, bidding, and campaign structures on Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver, and other search engines.
Display: Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
Modeling: Analyze the vast amounts of data generated by experiments, develop models we can use for optimization, and build dashboards for account managers.
