Agoda's Marketing team operates at the intersection of business strategy, data, and execution. We build and scale programs across growth, pricing, and commercial initiatives that drive customer value and sustainable business performance globally.

We're analytical, fast-moving, and deeply cross-functional — partnering closely with Product, Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Supply to shape Agoda's growth agenda.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, marketing, pricing, strategy, analytics or related data-driven roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; turn ambiguity into action plans.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau or similar BI tools; translate data into recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute strategies within scope (pricing, channel performance, customer acquisition, retention or go-to-market).
• Lead experimentation roadmaps (A/B tests, measurement approaches) to evaluate impact.
• Analyze large datasets to surface trends, opportunities and risks; build dashboards and narratives for leadership.
• Model business impact, evaluate trade-offs, and support planning around P&L, growth and value creation.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Corporate Strategy, Supply and senior leadership to drive alignment and execution.
• Build playbooks and processes enabling repeatability and scale across markets.
