Icdportal is recruiting for an Associate-level position in Hong Kong to provide trade execution, client servicing, and administrative support. The role involves maintaining client reports, scheduling, and responding to sales staff requests while liaising with teams in Singapore, London, and the U.S.

Qualifications

• Industry qualification: Holds SFO LR status.
• HKSI Licensing Exam: Paper 1, 7 and 8.
• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data manipulation.
• Business level Cantonese and Mandarin; English communication.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Team player with independent working ability.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and professional etiquette.

Responsabilités

• Trade execution of money market funds via phone, email and proprietary systems.
• Assist with implementation of technological solutions for clients and prospects.
• Handle client daily accounting requirements and produce reports.
• Produce daily data reports and reconciliation reports.
• Support Global ICD Trade Desk, Onboarding Teams and Regional Sales Staff.
• Provide client service to institutional clients.
• Assist regional sales team with requests and prospect research.
• Participate in special projects as required.
