We are driven to create a future where people and place enrich one another. We are wholly committed to rooting ourselves more deeply in every place we are in while setting new benchmarks for positive impact. As a pioneering collective with a common purpose, we curate extraordinary moments and honor the soul of every place along our journey.
At Rosewood Hotel Group, we answer The Calling. Together, we
Make the Place. THE TEAM
The Strategy & Corporate Development team supports the Group on corporate strategy and planning, strategic investments and partnerships, and the management of selected joint venture and portfolio matters. The Business Incubation specialisation provides dedicated build and execution capacity for selected new ideas, partnerships, and business extension opportunities that require hands-on development before they can operate independently or transition to a long-term owner. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy and Corporate Development, you will join a team focused on turning strategic concepts into practical, scalable business opportunities.
YOUR ROLE You will help build, test, and pilot operating models for partnership and business extension opportunities, taking initiatives from concept through validation, pilot execution, and handover. Working closely with stakeholders across the Group, you will provide the execution capacity required to transform promising opportunities into viable business models that can be successfully scaled or transferred to long-term owners.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE Translate early-stage ideas into clearly defined propositions, operating models, pilot plans, and decision roadmaps. Partner with Talent & Culture to identify and test incubation-worthy ideas from across the wider Group. Assess operational feasibility and develop practical implementation plans with stakeholders across operations, guest experience, technology, procurement, and other functions.
Design and launch pilots, coordinating requirements, functions, and properties to deliver successful implementations. Lead enabling workstreams, including commercial, legal, service, insurance, and operational setup activities where required. Define standards, responsibilities, commercial considerations, and handover criteria to ensure validated initiatives can transition successfully to long-term owners.
COULD THIS BE YOU? You bring relevant experience in luxury hospitality operations, pre-openings, operational excellence, or cross-functional strategic projects. You possess a strong understanding of hotel economics and operating requirements, with exposure to areas such as Food & Beverage, Rooms, Residences, Membership, or multi-property initiatives.
You can design and document operating and service models from first principles, creating practical solutions rather than relying on existing frameworks. You are an effective project manager and communicator, confident working with executives, property leaders, and external partners. You are hands-on, commercially minded, and comfortable bringing structure and momentum to ambiguous challenges.
You can apply evidence-based thinking to pilot design and evaluation, working closely with legal and functional specialists to make informed recommendations. Mandarin language capability would be an advantage. OUR BENEFITS
As part of our team, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work. This includes medical coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, complimentary room nights, learning and development opportunities, global career opportunities, and industry-leading paid parental leave supporting eligible associates across all paths to parenthood. OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture, and geography of our destinations. We’re not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them, and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
