Chow Tai Fook Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to partner with the Senior Manager, Project Management in delivering COO Office projects. You will act as the primary contact for assigned projects, monitor progress, coordinate streams, and drive timely delivery with a focus on transformation.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of project experience in retail/fashion, strong communication skills, and fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate internal resources and various streams under the COO’s Office to ensure high quality execution and delivery of multi-projects.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and provide recommendations when necessary.
• Develop and implement project management processes and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Support identifying and prioritizing new project opportunities based on market trends and business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze project performance metrics and prepare management updates and reporting decks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines, regulations, policies, and standards during the project execution.

Responsible for partnering Senior Manager, Project Management on delivering and supporting the COO’s Office projects. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects under the COO’s Office and be responsible for the overall project progress monitoring, tracking, coordination, and delivery. The ideal candidate is proficient in project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile and Scrum and has a strong passion for driving changes and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
