Job summary

Kookmin Bank Hong Kong Branch is seeking a Senior Officer / Assistant Manager – Operation and Settlement to manage end-to-end credit administration, including loan drawdown and disbursement, with precise data entry in our systems.

You will monitor settlements, perform daily reconciliations, and coordinate with frontline units, other departments and external custodians on operational matters. Strong English and Chinese communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/University degree and equivalent experience.
• Proactive, detail-minded and sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills in English, Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end credit administration tasks, including loan drawdown and disbursement.
• Process repayments and ensure accurate system data entry as lender or agency.
• Follow up instructions, coupons, redemption, and corporate actions with custodians on settlement issues.
• Perform daily reconciliation on related accounts.
• Coordinate with frontline units, other departments and external stakeholders on operational matters.

Execute end-to-end credit administration work, including loan drawdown/disbursement, repayment processing, and accurate system data entry as a lender or agency role

Follow up instructions / coupon / redemption / corporation actions with custodians while encountering on settlement and corporate event issues for securities and/or funds related transactions

Perform daily reconciliation on related accounts

Monitor pending transactions, outstanding and overdue tasks

Coordinate with frontline units, other departments and external stakeholders on operational and ad-hoc matters
