Job summary

The Lantau Yacht Club is seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee security operations, access control, and risk management in a premier harbour setting. The role involves developing and reviewing SOPs and Policies & Procedures to ensure service excellence and compliance with club standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Security Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years or above relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Holder of recognized security or safety licenses; First Aid and CPR certifications are an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong laws, ordinances, and statutory requirements relevant to security, safety, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Shift work in weekends and public holidays is required.

• Liaise with government departments, law enforcement agencies and marina stakeholders on security matters, regulatory compliance and crisis management activities.
• Supervise the outsourced security team to ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to Club standards.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned by supervisors.

The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the club's security operations, including access control, patrolling, and risk management. He/she is developing and reviewing the Policies for operational excellence to ensure service quality and adherence to club standards.
