St. James' Settlement Education Services seeks a Manager for Kindergarten Social Work Service on a contract basis. The role supervises staff and develops clinical services in preschool settings.

The candidate should hold an RSW or degree in social work, with at least five years post-degree experience, fluent in English and Chinese, and capable of leading teams across Central, Western District and Chai Wan.

Qualifications

• RSW, Degree in Social Work or above.
• At least 5 years of post-degree experience (casework or school social work services preferable).
• Good command in English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, dynamic, presentable, good in people management & leadership, excellent communication & interpersonal skills with teammates, users and stakeholders.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Strong passion to develop clinical practice, service development and to lead kindergarten school social work service.

Responsabilités

• Assist Senior Manager of Education Services to formulate, implement & evaluate professional service in pre-school settings.
• Develop service project.
• Develop clinical service to establish professionalism and expertise in the field.
• Liaise with local stakeholders & promote kindergarten school social work services.
• Working Place: Central & Western District & Chai Wan District.
