Job description

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and coordinate Digital meetings - cross-functional steering group of senior management that defines the innovation roadmap, prioritizes projects, allocates resources, and monitors deliverables and outcomes.
• Produce and distribute concise, data-driven updates on the overall digital-transformation strategy (monthly dashboards and executive reports), highlighting progress, risks, and next-step recommendations to senior management.
• Support the planning and execution of digital-transformation projects to ensure they are fully consistent with the Bank’s strategic priorities and deliver measurable business value.
• Work closely with business owners and technology partners to convert identified challenges into realistic digital concepts, then guide those concepts through design, development and deployment at scale.
• Collaborate with various functional units including risk and compliance team to ensure that all digital solutions meet regulatory requirements.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in banking and finance, in digital transformation
• Ability to convert high-level concepts into concrete, actionable strategic plans
• Demonstrate strong business acumen, a management-oriented mindset, and advanced analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and creative, able to juggle multiple activities and tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
