Job summary

Octopus Holdings Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a senior payments and partnerships professional to lead the development and delivery of payment solutions for a managed merchant portfolio. You will educate clients on solutions, leverage dashboards for performance insights, and drive adoption across partners.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong data skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Identify, create, and implement payment solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for a managed portfolio of merchants.
• Stay up to date regarding latest development on industry trends and identify growth opportunities and threats.
• Educate clients on suitable products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow partnerships.
• Use data and insights to guide strategy and adoption of Octopus payment solutions.
• Conduct deep data analyses to guide client strategy and translate insights into actions.
• Build and manage relationships with key clients and payment service partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to co-manage complex workstreams within a matrix organization.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, create, and implement payment solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for managed portfolio of merchants
• Stay up to date regarding latest development on industry trends helping to identify area of growth opportunities and emerging threats
• Responsible for educating clients on suitable products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership
• Use data and insights to guide strategy and adoption of Octopus payment solutions
• Conduct deep data analyses to guide client strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and translate them into actionable insights
• Build and manage relationships with key clients, payment service partners (direct gaming platform, payment service provider and any other type of payment aggregator for the captioned industry sectors)
• Collaboration and alignment with internal cross-functional teams and ability to co-manage complex workstreams within a matrix organization
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration.
• 8- 10 years of experience in consumer tech related industries, implementing and delivering on business growth strategies and digital gaming / service industry will be extremely valuable
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, as well as persistent attention to detail
• Ability to lead individuals in creating and driving the best solutions for the business, partners, and consumers
• Excellent data analysis and quantitative skills
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
