Starbucks Asia Pacific is seeking a manager of creative operations to lead day-to-day regional creative activities, drive operational excellence, and ensure consistent brand execution across markets. You will manage workflows, partner with marketing, digital, and store teams, and oversee signage, merchandising, and asset management to deliver high-quality outputs on time.

This role requires a highly organized leader with 7+ years in creative operations and a track record of improving processes

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in creative operations, project management, brand operations, studio management, or related disciplines—preferably within retail, consumer brands, food & beverage, or lifestyle industries.
  • Demonstrated experience managing creative workflows and supporting cross-functional creative teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience overseeing digital signage, visual merchandising, or in-store brand execution programs a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day creative operations for the regional creative team, including workflow management, prioritization, resource allocation, and project coordination across creative directors, copywriters, and graphic designers.
  • Lead operational processes and standards that improve creative team efficiency, collaboration, and delivery quality across ongoing business needs and campaign initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, digital, category, and operations teams to align creative deliverables with business priorities and timelines.
  • Manage intake processes, production schedules, approvals, timelines, and stakeholder communications across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Lead regional digital signage strategy and execution, ensuring content effectiveness, operational consistency, and compliance with brand standards across markets.
  • Oversee regional visual merchandising strategy and executional compliance to ensure brand consistency and elevated customer experiences across licensed markets.
  • Collaborate with market teams and external vendors to ensure creative assets, signage, and merchandising materials are deployed accurately and effectively.
  • Establish and maintain creative operations playbooks, governance processes, and best practices that support scalability and operational excellence.
  • Monitor creative execution quality and compliance, identifying opportunities to improve workflows, asset management, and execution standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational efficiencies, process enhancements, and new tools that optimize creative team performance.

Job Summary

This role contributes to the success of Starbucks Asia Pacific by playing a critical role in leading the day-to-day creative operations for the region while driving operational excellence, consistency, and efficiency across creative workflows and brand execution.

We’re looking for a highly organized, collaborative, and execution-focused leader with strong creative operations instincts who can effectively manage creative processes, cross-functional partnerships, and execution standards across multiple markets and workstreams. You will oversee business-as-usual creative operations while partnering closely with creative leadership, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure high-quality creative outputs that support regional business priorities.

  • Experience overseeing digital signage, visual merchandising, or in-store brand execution programs a plus.
  • Experience working closely with creative teams including art directors, designers, copywriters, and external production partners.
