Job summary

Manulife Hong Kong is seeking a Bancassurance Product Marketing professional to develop bank-specific materials, sales tools and engaging marketing collateral that support insurance sales through banking channels. The role emphasizes turning product features into compelling customer value stories.

You will conduct market research, collaborate with bank partners, marketing and product teams, and help drive propositions and launches to grow the bancassurance business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Insurance or related disciplines.
• 4-7 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance product marketing, product proposition, product development or sales enablement.
• Strong understanding of life insurance products and bancassurance distribution.
• Creative mindset with the ability to turn product features into compelling customer value propositions and sales stories.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
