Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a full-time bachelor’s degree or above from Hong Kong local universities or QS Top 100 universities.
• Majors preferred: Economics, Finance, Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Law and Risk Management.
• Graduates must complete degree certificates between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026.
• Non-Hong Kong graduates must hold valid legal working status or visa for working in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through 3–4 departments over 2 years to gain exposure to front, middle and back office.
• Two-way internal selection based on performance and interests to choose functional streams and job fields.

Job description

The Management Trainee Programme offers a taste of fast paced and dynamic business environment of CEBI local office through on-the-job experience from 2027 to 2029 (2 years programme). The programme aims to focus on cultivating elite graduates who are aspiring to join the investment banking industry. The company provides fast-track career development, invests in special resources, and organizes a series of professional trainings and cross-departmental projects during the planning cycle，etc.

The Management Trainee Programme lasts for 2 years, the company would closely follow up the development of each management trainee in order to provide appropriate guidance and support to each participants.

The programme mainly comprise vertical training in job-specific areas aiming at deepening professional knowledge and horizontal training aiming at enhancing individual capabilities.

The programme will have rotation of 3-4 departments in 2 years, it’s an excellent opportunity to get exposure to front, middle and back office.

On completion of the Programme, we would implement a two-way internal selection base on each trainee’s performance and interests in choosing functional stream and job fields.

Requirements

We are looking for high-calibre graduates who meet the following:

Fresh graduates with full-time bachelor’s degree or above from Hong Kong local universities or QS Top 100 universities, and shall obtain the corresponding academic and degree certificates on schedule.

Candidates majoring in Economics, Finance, Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, Law and Risk Management related disciplines are preferred.

Candidates must graduate and be awarded degree certificates between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2026. Graduates from non-Hong Kong local universities shall hold valid legal working status or visa for working in Hong Kong.
