Qualifications

This is a full-time management-trainee programme designed for 2026 to 2027 graduates who aspire to build a long-term career in the financial industry. You will be trained and mentored by experienced managers, with a clear path to leadership.

• 3-Month Pre-Employment Internship — Successful candidates will first join as interns for a three-month structured internship
• Full-Time Conversion upon Graduation — Upon graduation, interns will be officially converted to full-time Management Trainees

Entry Requirements

• Educational Background — 2026 or 2027 graduating students and fresh graduates with a university degree; Master's degree preferred. This role involves cross-border tax, legacy planning, and asset allocation, so the bar is set at the academic level, not the sales level.
• Internship Commitment — You must be able to complete the three-month pre-employment internship before full-time conversion upon graduation.
• Visa Readiness — TTPS, QMAS, or IANG visa holders are welcomed, and you must be willing to work with us on your visa application. This is a client-facing role in Hong Kong, and a proper work identity is non-negotiable.
• Licensing Commitment — You must complete the required professional licensing (IIQE Paper 1 and Paper 3) before or at the start of the programme. We provide full study materials, past papers, and one-on-one mentorship. This is the licence to practise, and we take it seriously.
