Job description

Preferably Master degreeand/or Bachelor degreegraduates in 2028.

Participate in front, middle or back offices in provision of professional on-job training, mentorship and career planning after graduation. Top performers will be proposed to our graduate trainee program.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree and above graduates, majoring in “STEM” disciplines (i.e. Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or related disciplines; or double majors in Financial Mathematics and Financial Technology (i.e. “STEM + Finance”) is preferable;
• Open-minded, innovative and self-motivated; fast learner, good collaboration skills and good communication skills;
• Passionate in study with good academic result;
• Actively participated in extra-curricular activities and social organizations is preferable;
• Holder of CFA, CPA or legal professional credentials is preferable;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese.
• High moral integrity and strong commitment to legal compliance and ethical conduct;
