Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced property management professional to oversee on-site teams and daily property operations. You will nurture strong relationships with owners and tenants while supervising site teams across a portfolio of properties.

Key duties include site inspections, budget reviews, and preparation of financial reports for clients, with proactive liaison to resolve issues and ensure PMSA compliance. This role is on-site in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

About the role

Assist the Property Manager in overseeing on-site teams, managing daily property operations, fostering positive relationships with owners and tenants, and supervising site teams across a portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews to monitor service quality, health and safety compliance, and maintenance standards.
• Review and process building budgets and accounts, and prepare financial reports for submission to clients.
• Liaise proactively with clients, tenants, contractors, and government authorities to resolve operational issues and ensure statutory compliance.
• Prepare and present management reports and other related reports as required.
• Ensure compliance of relevant legislation and guidelines issued by the Property Management Services Authority (PMSA).
