Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance for attraction ticketing systems, POS, vehicle gantry admission systems, and car park electronic payment systems at AMK and client sites. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, carry out timely repairs, and conduct regular inspections to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a minimum NITEC in Electrical/Electronics/IT, basic networking knowledge, and familiarity with POS and payment

Qualifications

Minimum NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, Information Technology, or related discipline
Basic understanding of software applications and IT systems and familiarity with POS systems, Car Park Electronic Payment Systems, Ticketing or Access Control Systems
Experience in troubleshooting both hardware and software issues

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for attraction ticketing systems, POS systems, vehicle gantry admission systems, and car park electronic payment systems
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and carry out timely repairs to minimize system downtime
Conduct routine inspections, testing, and system health checks to ensure smooth operations
Monitor system performance and escalate critical faults when necessary
Support system installation, setup, configuration, and commissioning activities
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution
Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, incidents, and service reports
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with operational and safety procedures
Provide on-site technical support and respond to urgent system issues when required
