Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a maintenance leadership role to supervise a team of technicians and execute daily maintenance activities. The position requires planning and monitoring preventive, corrective and overhaul programs for E&M equipment, pumps, blowers, tanks, piping and civil/structural works.

Applicants should hold a Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering with 5 years of plant maintenance experience, including 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines.
• 5 years of plant maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS is highly preferred.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to optimize cost and minimize downtime.
• Manage external service providers and contractors, including selection, performance monitoring, and contract compliance.
• Conduct equipment criticality assessments.
• Ensure full compliance with corporate HSE policies and statutory safety requirements.
• Any other duties as assigned by Plant Management.
