Job summary

Adecco Portugal seeks a Security Solution Architect to work with customers on technology consulting, design, and delivery of M365 security solutions. You will guide architecture decisions in hybrid environments and collaborate with account teams and stakeholders.

Requires strong customer interaction skills, business insight, and ability to present to customers and specialists. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure or CISSP are desirable.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in cloud security solutions and M365 security & compliance.
• Good knowledge in identity management and information protection.
• Experience in hybrid M365 security environments and related tools.
• Familiarity with EM+S or other SIEM/SOAR solutions is desirable.
• Relevant certifications are desirable (security/identity).

Responsibilities

• Provide technology consulting and guidance to ensure solution architecture aligns with business strategy.
• Support account teams on complex projects during pre-sales, planning, design, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain solution roadmaps and select appropriate platforms.
• Provide risk-aware input to estimating and planning processes.
• Produce high-quality design documents and technical documentation.
• Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and projects.
• Support solution implementation and design deliverables within project plans.
