Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT or security solutions in a consulting, service provider, or enterprise environment.
• Hands-on exposure to workplace or endpoint security technologies and tools.
• Solid understanding of security operations, troubleshooting, and incident investigation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical security solutions with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and optimization of workplace security solutions, including endpoint protection, data security, and vulnerability management.
• Translate customer business and security requirements into practical technical designs and contribute to solution deployment and improvement.
• Work with Microsoft and multi-vendor security ecosystems (endpoint security, SIEM, monitoring tools).
• Collaborate with presales, delivery teams, and customers to support workshops, solution scoping, and project execution.
• Contribute to strengthening customer security posture through reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
