Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd invites qualified engineers for construction roles focused on MEP coordination and site supervision across Singapore building projects, including healthcare facilities. The position offers hands-on project and site experience with a collaborative team environment.

Experience in high-rise developments or HDB-scale projects is preferred, and AutoCAD proficiency is advantageous as we emphasize design/build capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (PE Board Singapore recognition)
• Minimum 5 years of experience on Singapore building/construction projects (healthcare preferred)
• Experience with electrical/mechanical systems on high-rise or HDB-scale developments
• Hands-on design/build experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress and report to Project Manager
• Prepare method statements and review drawing discrepancies
• Manage MEP planning, design, cost control, supervision and documentation
• Coordinate RFA, RFI, shop drawings, technical submissions and material procurement
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters
• Monitor site progress, installation quality and project schedules
• Coordinate MEP works with other departments and contractors
• Assist with progress claims and variation submissions
• Participate in project, site, design and technical meetings
• Coordinate M&E drawings, CSD and service drawings
• Maintain site inspection, QA/QC and testing & commissioning records
• Conduct QA/QC inspections and ensure timely clearance of inspection requirements

• Work Location: Various job location (To be discussed in the interview)
• Work time: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm

Requirements

• Possess strong Electrical/Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experiences.
• Experience in design and build is an advantage
• Use of AutoCad would be an advantage
