Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd in Ang Mo Kio is seeking a Project Engineer (ELV Systems) to plan, coordinate, and execute ELV projects including Nurse Call, CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, PA, and Structured Cabling. You will work to meet specifications, schedule, and budgets.

Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with at least 1 year of ELV experience is required, along with knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and basic documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year ELV experience.
• Experience in ELV system installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Knowledge of Nurse Call and ELV systems.
• Familiar with AutoCAD drawings and basic documentation work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute ELV system projects in accordance with specifications, schedule, and budget.
• Implement, install, test, and commission ELV systems including Nurse Call, CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, PA System, and Structured Cabling.
• Coordinate site activities with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Deploy and supervise technicians to ensure proper installation and workmanship quality.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with technical drawings, standards, and safety requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve system integration or installation problems.
• Prepare and submit project documentation such as method statements, drawings, test reports, and progress updates.
• Provide regular project status updates to management and attend site or coordination meetings as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute ELV system projects in accordance with specifications, schedule, and budget

• Implement, install, test, and commission ELV systems including Nurse Call, CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, PA System, and Structured Cabling
