Job summary

KPMG China in Hong Kong is seeking experienced candidates for transaction services to provide advisory on mergers and acquisitions. You will work closely with a team to ensure quality deliverables and conduct financial analysis to identify deal-related issues.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in finance or accounting, preferably with a big-four firm, and shows strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting/audit or finance with a major CPA or financial services firm.
• Strong interest in M&A and financial services industry.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, written Chinese is preferred.
