Job summary

KPMG China is seeking fresh graduates to join Transaction Services in Hong Kong. You will work with a team on due diligence, financial analysis, and cross-border deal advisory projects, gaining exposure to the financial services sector.

The role requires a final-year student or above with accounting/business background, strong English and Mandarin, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. Permanent residents or those with the right of abode are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognised university.
• Ideally majoring in accounting and business-related or equivalent disciplines.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin; Written Chinese is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; high execution ability and teamwork.
• Permanent resident or right of abode in the location you are applying for.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of transaction advisory professionals on due diligence and related advisory projects.
• Carry out financial analysis on investment targets and highlight deal-related issues.
• Assist in execution of due diligence projects and preparation of reports and data manuals.
• Contribute to production of materials for project bidding and process management.
