The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in finance or accounting, preferably with a big-four firm, and shows strong analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for this role.

Our Financial Services team focuses on transactions involving target companies in the financial services industry, from fintech to insurance companies, banks to asset managers and securities brokers to crypto‑currency exchanges in the Asia Pacific region. We are an international team with diverse backgrounds reflecting Hong Kong’s role as an International Financial Centre.
KPMG Transaction Services provides various types of buy‑side and sell‑side deal advisory support throughout the deal cycle:
We help our clients identify opportunities and risks in their transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and buy‑outs. Specific experience in financial due diligence will be highly regarded but is not essential. We welcome applications from exceptional individuals who have the aptitude and drive to develop the required transaction services skills.
Giving clear directions as well as positive and constructive feedback. Experienced assistant managers will coach less experienced staff and actively assist in the development of others. They will also be expected to prepare and present training sessions for new joiners and less experienced members of the team.
