Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze and explain historical and projected financial information.
• Create financial models.
• Coordinate and perform due diligence and prepare memoranda and presentations.
• Conduct industry and company research to identify potential buyers.
• Value companies and advise on transaction structures.
• Build and maintain client relationships and assist in engagements.
