Job summary

Analysts work on debtor- and creditor-side restructurings and distressed M&A across Greater China, with exposure to high-impact, multi-stakeholder transactions. You will prepare historical and projected financial information, create financial models, perform due diligence, and produce confidential information memoranda and client deliverables.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking or related capital markets roles.
• Strong academic record from a reputable university.
• Interest in financial restructuring and complex transactions.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare historical and projected financial information
• Create financial models
• Coordinate and perform business and financial due diligence
• Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, pitch materials, and other client deliverables
• Prepare valuation analyses and support negotiations with creditors, shareholders, management, and other stakeholders
• Support the team on live transaction processes
• Assist in business development, origination, and the marketing of new engagements
