Atelier Wen Ltd. is seeking a PR & Client Relations Manager to shape how the brand is talked about and experienced by key clients, editors and media partners. You will own press relations, VIP/client programs, KOL collaborations and events to elevate the brand story.

You will lead annual PR planning, manage sampling, craft briefings, monitor coverage and spearhead crisis responses while maintaining discretion with high-profile clients across global markets.

Formación

• 5+ years in PR, communications or client relations in the watch industry.
• Strong knowledge of horology and watch collector culture.
• Active network of editors, journalists and KOLs in priority markets.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the annual PR plan linked to launches and brand moments.
• Own relationships with editors, journalists and stylists in priority markets.
• Write press releases and briefing notes; manage sampling and press loans.
• Pitch stories, secure features and manage interview requests.
• Identify and onboard KOLs; manage gifting, seeding and paid partnerships.
• Own VIP client list and craft exceptional clienteling and after-care.
• Grow the brand’s community and run ambassador schemes and events.
• Plan press days, launches and post-event follow-ups; monitor sentiment.
