Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group is seeking a Travel Services Specialist in Hong Kong to fulfil luxury leisure requests for a global member network. Based in Hong Kong, you’ll arrange First and Business Class flights, hotels, villas, transfers and VIP services with exceptional service and attention to detail.

You will leverage current travel knowledge, strong supplier relationships, and the Ten platform to craft tailor-made itineraries and documentation while maintaining precise records and delivering

Qualifications

• Native-level Mandarin and Cantonese with fluent English, with language assessments expected.
• Experience in flight sales or travel consultancy, ideally in luxury travel or concierge.
• Hands-on use of GDS (preferably Amadeus) for complex multi-sector itineraries.
• Broad knowledge of leisure destinations and luxury travel experiences.
• Proven ability to create and book tailor-made luxury holidays for affluent clients.
• Exceptional attention to detail for complex bookings and time-sensitive requests.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Adaptability, resilience and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, building lasting relationships with members and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Advise Premium Cardholders by phone, chat and email in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Handle complex travel requests, designing trips including flights, hotels, villas, transfers and VIP services.
• Prepare tailor-made travel proposals and documentation, including visas and itineraries.
• Make reservations with airlines, hotels and destination management agencies.
• Cross-sell lifestyle services, promotions and exclusive events when relevant.
• Research and assemble thoughtful, personalised travel proposals.
• Maintain accurate member records and travel history.
• Communicate Ten's value proposition confidently to members and partners.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with members and suppliers.
