Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group is seeking a professional Member Services Specialist based in Hong Kong to craft personalised luxury experiences. You will handle travel, dining, retail and entertainment requests, using local knowledge and a vast network to deliver solutions that exceed member expectations.

You will coordinate with APAC and Ten's international teams, maintain high service standards, and build lasting relationships with members and suppliers across Hong Kong and beyond.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English; native-level Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and supplier relations.
• Genuine passion for customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Creative problem-solving with a resourceful approach to unusual requests.
• Initiative and independence to take ownership and deliver results.
• Strong research skills to quickly locate and connect relevant information.
• Excellent digital/internet skills and comfort navigating various platforms.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous travel industry experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional experiences by handling a diverse range of lifestyle, travel, dining, retail and entertainment requests for our members.
• Research, source and recommend personalised solutions reflecting each member's tastes and expectations.
• Leverage local knowledge and network to solve complex or unusual requests.
• Build strong relationships with members and suppliers in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Become a Hong Kong expert by knowing top restaurants, hotels, events and experiences.
• Collaborate with APAC and Ten's international teams to deliver cross-border solutions.
• Share knowledge and connections with the wider team to broaden supplier and experience options.
• Juggle multiple requests with organisation, responsiveness and high service standards.
• Support seamless service delivery across day and evening hours; be present when members need us.
• Arrange last-minute reservations, source hard-to-find experiences or plan memorable events.
