Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Western restaurants.
• Experience in managing daily restaurant shifts is preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO22000 and health & safety regulations.

• Oversee daily shifts by opening and closing the restaurant, managing flow.
• Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant.
