Job summary

InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong seeks a Reservations professional to manage hotel bookings by phone, fax or email, ensuring accurate data entry and rate integrity between OPERA and CONCERTO. A hospitality degree with 1–2 years’ reservations experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills, plus fluent English and Chinese, to deliver service excellence in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in hospitality management or related studies.
• 1–2 years of working experience in hotel reservations a plus.
• Good organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservations by phone, fax, or email in a timely manner.
• Input all reservations accurately.
• Ensure the accuracy of all rate categories between OPERA and CONCERTO.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
