Job summary

Chanel Chadstone is seeking a Fashion Advisor to embody the brand, deliver a luxurious customer experience, and drive sales. You will engage clients, understand their needs, and offer styling recommendations, while maintaining Chanel's standards and boutique environment.

You will build and manage your client portfolio, collaborate with leadership, and stay informed on product knowledge and trends to enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience, preferably in fashion or luxury.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented attitude and warm demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to engage clients and colleagues.
• Keen eye for detail and delivering personalized service.
• Proven teamwork abilities and collaborative approach.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning with product knowledge updates.
• Demonstrated selling skills and history of achieving sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of using systems and devices (iPad/iPhone) and computer apps.

Responsibilities
