Job summary

Regent Hong Kong is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a luxury Front Office team and uphold the highest standards of service for discerning guests in尖沙咀. You will own the day‑to‑day operation, acting as the hotel’s senior presence to ensure elegant, personalized experiences for global travelers and IHG members.

Qualifications

4+ years of luxury hospitality experience with leadership in Front Office or Guest Relations.
Degree or Higher Diploma in Hotel Management or related discipline.
Strong leadership by example with attention to luxury detail and problem‑solving under pressure.
Fluency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

Own the day‑to‑day Front Office operations including lobby and VIP areas.
Empower and mentor Front Office and Regent Experience teams to deliver precise, personal service.
Cultivate elite loyalty as ambassador for IHG One Rewards and VIP guests.
Safeguard business by overseeing room inventory, rates, and credit procedures with Finance.
Command the crisis by taking authority over emergencies and system recovery with Security.
Drive efficiency and innovation through cross‑departmental communication and inter‑hotel sales.
