Job summary

Zimmermann is seeking a Client Advisor in our Hong Kong boutique to drive sales and uphold the brand's luxury service standards. You will support the Store Leadership with visual presentation and daily tasks, while actively building a strong VIP client database and ensuring flawless CRM execution.

Responsibilities include processing online orders, stock accuracy, and delivering a consistently elevated shopping experience to all clients. Prior luxury retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury fashion retail preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain VIP client databases.
