Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and customer-focused selling.
• Previous sales experience in luxury/fashion is preferred.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Place the customer at the center, delivering exceptional service in store and online.
• Exceed sales targets and contribute to the store's success.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Prada/Miu Miu products and brand DNA.
• Capture client data in CRM to build personalized relationships.
• Promote Omni Channel mindset and luxury shopping experience.
• Coordinate with Back of House and stockroom operations.
• Maintain store procedures, security, inventory, and reporting.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistent, outstanding experience.
