Job summary

Maison Valentino in Hong Kong seeks a client-focused associate to develop and retain the existing client base while attracting new customers. You will deliver couture-level service across categories and drive sales through clienteling, digital tools, and strategic selling.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in luxury fashion, strong product knowledge, and fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. A collaborative, mature team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or Diploma holder or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in luxury fashion industry
• Self-motivated, mature and good team-player
• Proven selling and clienteling skills
• Excellent communication & story telling skills
• Strong product knowledge to support the team in product maintenance, replenishment, display
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Focuses on development and retention the existing clients; recruitment of new and potential ones
• Develops store business through excellent clienteling and KPIs performance (convertion rate, cross selling, AVT, upselling, strategic zoning)
• Offer an excellent level couture service at all times across all categories
• Foster sales in partnership and OTO appointment routine
• Naturally integrates digital tools in selling and clienteling activities
• Where an Ops HC is not present takes an active part to the execution of operational tasks (including shipping/receiving)
