Job summary

Richemont seeks a channel sales manager to oversee direct, online, and retail sales, developing strategies and targets for multiple channels. The role involves negotiating contracts with partners, delivering training, and enabling partners to sell effectively across the portfolio.

You will manage pricing projects, build relationships with key decision-makers, and contribute to market intelligence through industry events and networking.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent level of education.
• Extensive experience enabling the job holder to handle the majority of situations and advise others.
• Experience in general supervision of more junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sales channel, such as direct, online, or retail sales, and develop channel sales strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities, set sales targets, and monitor performance metrics.
• Negotiate contracts with channel partners and provide training and support to enable effective selling.
• Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex accounts and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Configure product/service solutions and negotiate terms within predefined commercial parameters.
