Job summary

Hermès Hong Kong seeks a Sales & Business Development leader to drive growth across airports and stores, lead store openings and refurbishments, and ensure a premium brand image through product assortment and visual merchandising aligned with global strategy.

You will oversee Training & Team Development, CRM, Reporting & Budget Management, and Brand Image & Compliance, collaborating with Area Managers to hit sell-out targets, manage agency relationships, and deliver annual training plans while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in Perfumes and Cosmetics or Luxury Environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; French or other Asian language a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in Sales & Business Development across airports and stores; lead store openings/refits; ensure premium brand image through merchandising.
• Lead Training & Team Development activities; implement training strategy and incentives to elevate service quality.
• Manage Client Relationships; challenge buyers to optimize orders and build trust with clients and staff.
• Oversee Reporting & Budget Management; consolidate sales data and monitor budgeting for staffing/promotions.
• Uphold Brand Image & Compliance; embody Hermès philosophy and ensure consistent brand policies across channels.
