Job summary

lululemon seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join our APAC FP&A team in Hong Kong. You will support the planning cycle, including the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts, and deliver dashboards and commentary to business leaders.

Responsibilities include consolidating APAC results, delivering market analytics, and managing sales planning for stores and outlets. A strong finance background with Excel and ERP experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 8+ years of professional experience in business, finance or FP&A.
• Experience with budgeting, planning and performance management.
• Professional accounting designation ideal, but not required.
• Experience with Hyperion or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong ability to build, analyze and interpret complex financial reports in MS Excel.

A day in the life

Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, the Senior Financial Analyst supports the planning cycle, including the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting processes, and maintains an eye on key business drivers through detailed data analysis and delivery of dashboards and commentary to business leaders.

• Support APAC deliverables including consolidation on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results, preparation and coordination of strategic planning, quarterly board materials, and board deliverables
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytics and commentary on market performance
• Responsible for sales planning and performance management for the store, showrooms, and outlets
• Execute the quarterly forecasting process for these operating channels
• Manage sales and operating expenses for these channels through review of monthly financial statements

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 8 years or more of professional experience in business, finance, or FP&A, ideally within a multinational corporation (MNC)
• Experience with budgeting, planning and performance management
• Professional accounting designation ideal, and not required
• Experience with Hyperion or other large ERP systems is an asset
• Ability to build, analyze and interpret complex financial reports and projections in MS Excel
